Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
Please note that shipping typically takes 8-10 business days at best. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. We currently offer standard shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its progress.

Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the package is unopened and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for open or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
