Refund Policy

At Rewiva, customer satisfaction is our goal, but due to the nature of our products, refunds and returns are subject to the following strict conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all sales are final for opened or used products. Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The package must remain completely unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, minus a restocking fee of 20%.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available if:

  • The package has been opened or tampered with.
  • The product is returned outside the 7-day window.
  • The customer refuses delivery or provides incorrect shipping information.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Eligible cases will be replaced, not refunded.
